For hypothyroidism only treatment is to take adequate dose of Levothyroxine, daily on empty stomach early in the morning and nothing should be taken after that for a period of 1 to 1 and half hour. Plus you have to avoid soy beans, soy containing food products, consume a good deal of green leafy vegetables, salads and fruits. Always use whole grain flour for chapati and roti. Exercise regularly for over 1 hour, to maintain near normal weight. TSH should be ideally maintained around 3 to 4 mU/L to be free from all the symptoms of that condition. As regards hypertension, it is necessary to maintain BP around 130/ 70 to 80 mm Hg. Should take less salt. Exercise is also equally important. For coccydynia using pain killers, cushions while sitting and if pain still does not resolve then local corticosteroid injection is a good remedy. Thanks.
