I am a 22 year old female. A few years ago I suffered skin injury in my underarms while using veet wax strips, a small portion of my skin there became dark, due to the injury. It was a minor injury wherein a very thin layer of my skin got lifted. Over the days the darkness has reduced and now its gone, but whenever I get my underarms waxed, and small hairs start to grow out, that particular injured portion appears darker than the others, is there any way to heal this portion apart from laser?

No, This is called post injury hyperpigmentation. It is a very common complaint After waxing. Your underams will remain dark as long as you keep waxing them. You could stop waxing and start shaving. ButThe only practical solution is LASER/IPL hair reduction. This gives permanent hair removal and a chance for your skin to heal completely.
