Please tell me simple tips and tricks to avoid having nightfall. I am 19 year old, I am having nightfall from last 5 years and its frequency is 2 to 3 times a week. I know its a natural process but still I do not want to face any nightfall ahead, please tell me what can be done to avoid it. Please tell me about the sleeping positions and any other tips.

Avoid tight waist and sleep early and wake up early and do exercise regularly . avoid smart phone after evening. Avoid chilly, chicken and egg during night avoid soft drinks and soda. Have diet which has less sugar and carbohydrate. Have home made food and avoid food with ajino motto and baking soda every masala food hotel add ajino motto for taste enhancement and baking soda in steam rice, sambhar to get cooked very quickly and in chappathi. without baking soda and ajino motto no hotel can survive. these food some time affect sleep and body metabolism and me lead to frequent night fall.
