Hi I suffered from acid reflux back 2 months. But now also I am unable to eat food cooked in red chilli paste or powder. Normal spicy food also feel like super spicy to me. And before acid reflux I used to have spicy food.

Spicy food is the cause of acid reflux, not because of acidity you are unable to eat spicy food. Why you want to eat spicy food anyway? Because it tastes good? Spicy is not the natural taste, we develop it over a period of time. Therefore we can change it also by consuming natural flavours and tastes. In 2-3 weeks you will start liking them and your craving for spicy food will go.
