Hi. Main gym ja raha hun. Trainer bolta hai whey protein lo. Kya whey protein lene se Blood spike karta hai .kyunki mera age 22 year hai. Mere parents ko sugar hai. To kya mai whey protein le sakta hun. Kyunki ek mera dost hai use diabetes hua hai. Jab wo whey protein use karta hai tab uska blood spike karta hai. To kya main whey protein le sakta hun.

I am unable to understand what exactly you want to convey by mentioning "whey protein lene se Blood spike karta hai. What is "blood spike" If you have no diabetes, then you can definitely take any supplement. Even for a person with diabetes protein supplement is good. Plus there are products available without carb and sugar. Thanks.
