The P24 is detectable immediately after HIV acquisition and only for the first couple of weeks, and the antigen part of the test has a window period of 4 weeks to 3 months. Therefore, your negative test is definitely conclusive at 13 months post possible exposure. After 6 months if HIV screening test comes normal, you are clear. Take care.
