Hi mam/ sir, I am new to Bangalore, I came here for interview. But still I'm not getting job. This December month is full severe cold weather. Im not able to sleep in night. I got shivering and I got frozen. Here temperature is like 12 degree Celsius. Neither I do not have cold or fever but weather pbm, though I wear shrug and I covered 2 bedsheets to sleep but no use ,shivering. I do not know what to do. Please help me. I want to know how to protect myself or else I want to leave Bangalore and went back to my native. Then come back. Thanks.

You can eat the food that gives us more energy like dry fruits, roots and tubers like beet roots, potatoes, sweet potatoes, paneer etc. Hot milk will also be helpful. For covering you can have blanket ;it will be warm enough to protect you from cold. You can mix ginger powder with jaggery and make small balls. Eat daily and heat will be generated.
