Having jock itch skin problem. The skin has not healed. Its like red layer of skin beneath the healthy layer of skin has surfaced. Is it treatable? Used quadriderm. Sometimes coconut oil helped but I think going natural has ruined the situation further. I have been maintaining hygiene now but skin is damaged Running and walking for too long in humid hot conditions seems impossible without the problem aggravating. What is the best solution. Dermatologist or ayurveda or homeopathy Please help the problem has aggravated since last 3,4 months earlier managing with a cream like quadriderm was possible.

Quadriderm and any other steroid based ointment needs to be avoided and I will suggest you to apply zole ointment at night after a thorough wash of the lesion and apply candid powder in morning and follow up after two weeks
