I am 47 yr. I feel always tiredness. I have thyroid but in control. But should I do.

Please get your hemoglobin checked, because it is possible you may have anaemia, which could be the reason for tiredness. If there is no anaemia detected, then please eat adequate diet with proteins like eggs and a lot green vegetables. You also must be aware that in hypothyroidism one should avoid soya containing products, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, mustard and coffee as these items affect treatment. Please inform the hb level.
