Doctor told me that I am suffering from IBS-D, doctor told me to leave dairy products and I left that from last 3 months, now I am going 1-2 times to potty comparison to 3-4 times earlier but I did not gained weight. Please suggest me something for gain weight.

As you have IBS-D, you must follow a low fibre diet and duse must consume a lot of fluids If you are not allergic to banana, consume 3 bananas + a fist of walnuts or groundnuts (remove the husk of groundnuts by roasting it) or you can consume a fist of soaked almonds without the peel in the morning. Go for regular breakfast, lunch and dinner. In between the meals, for evry 2-3 hours include - buttermilk (curds are essential than milk, as they have good bacteria required for your ehalthy intestine), - - Coconut water, - Fruit juices (Butterfruit juce, kiwi juice, chickoo juice, grapes juice, Orange juice, lime juice etc) - Bread with jam or butter or peanut butter You can add a teaspoon of cow ghee to your meals to increase the calorie content.
