Dear kid, aap pehle bahar ka khana bilkul chhod do, jaise ki, pizza, burger, sandwich, bread, butter, jam, biscuits, chips, chocolates, ice-cream, cold drink. Kuchh bhi nahi. Ghar ka bana jisme meetha, namak aur oil hai, nahi khana. Tumhe daily bahut fruits, dry fruits or vegetables khane hai. Roti or rice kam. Khoob paani peena hai. Isse bahut farak parega. Take care!
