Hi I workout in the gym everyday for 3 to 4 hrs I would like to know how I can lose my loose fat on my body like my hands and legs and if possible could you provide me with a diet plan to accompany my weight loss journey my goal is to reach 60 kgs since that's my goal and it is an ideal weight for me.
