Hey, I just have a habit I do not eat any rice foods except fried rice and biriyani's im a non veg. And also I will not eat any fruits and all. Suggest me fruits and vegetables which makes me healthier and also say me the rice which I shud eat must. I'm avoiding fried rice and some more I just want some healthy place to eat shall I go to subway? And I want you to tell me a good fruits and vegetables and any juice items im ready to make a diet plan also whatever say me thank you :) and say me how to avoid junk by mentioning them.

1. Daily take two fruits from banana / apple / orange / papaya. 2. Once a week you can have fried rice or biryani. 3. Have curd and salad with each meal. 4. Eat seasonal variety of vegetables. List is too long, can't mention specific ones. 5. Drink lot of water, buttermik and coconut water. 6. Avoid colas, juices, burgers, pizzas etc. You can have once a week limited quantities. 7. Exercise daily.
