I have been suffering from Acne Vulgaris on my upper arms and back. I consulted a doctor. He prescribed me Tretiva 5% capsule, Lite Arm Lotion and Lacsoft Lotion. Continued prescription for 3 months and acne eruption is low but it left some black dot type of scar. I am not using capsules now but using Dersol Cream for scars as prescribed, but there is not any improvement. Sometimes I see the eruption. Please suggest me what to do or any medication do I need to carry on.
