I am suffering from pcod. I dnt have regular monthly period. Sometimes it will be the gap of 2-3 month. And my weight is goes on increasing and my hair fall take place. Due to this I have acne problem too. So suggest me diet and workout method.

You must take 45 mins brisk walk in sunlight (before noon), followed by stretching exercise. Follow VIWA diet: Vegetarian: All veg foods. Stop animal foods including packed milk & processed milk products. Indian: Eat foods that are grown locally, avoiding imported fruits & veggies. Wholesome: Eat whole of fruits, vegetables, legume sprouts & nuts, means raw or steamed, without much cooking Aggregate: Means eating everything right in a day and over long term, avoiding packed, refined & market foods.
