I have been gyming and walking and also following diet for past one month. Diet is good but I am not satisfied with it coz I can't totally follow it as I live in college hostel. So what should be the perfect diet for me and what should I do to reduce fat. Another problem is that I have stored water at the lower part of my abdomen, what should I do to remove that? Pls suggest be and obliged thereby. Thank you.

Here I would say accumulation of water is mainly due to excess sodium consumption. Sodium is present in salt or salty foods. Even though your not using much salt. Some foods have hidden sodium. Such as processed foods like chips, cheese, butter, burgers, pizzas, mayonnaise, chats, pickles, papads, fryums, samosa, chutneys etc So you reduce the consumption of salty foods and see. U will shed all the water. Secondly since your in a hostel. You cannot change your daily menu. But you can control on the size of your plate. I mean you can reduce your intake of carbs such as rice, idli roti, dosa etc. Consume 2-3 fruits per day for quicker results.
