Everyone say we all should consume fruit regularly. And people say an apple keeps doctor away. So will you prescribe how much appeal minimum and maximum we (specially senior citizen) should consume. As example minimum 500 GM. And please prescribe other fruit like pomegranate, orange, banana etc consumption quantity.

Fruits are best to be eaten for breakfast. You should eat different types and different colours of fruits. Also you should consume raw vegetables. Formula is simple. It goes with your ideal weight (not real weight). If your ideal weight as per your height is 70 kg, then 70 x 20 = 1400 gms. 1400 gms of fruits and veggies in a day. For 3 meals divide it by 3. 1400 / 3 = 466 gms. So take 450 gm approx fruits in morning for breakfast (any 3 diff types, include one citrus fruit). Similar qty of raw veggies as salad before lunch and before dinner. Include green leaves with salad.
