I am very acidic but I need to reduce weight. What type of diet can help me reduce weight but not disturb my digestive system?

Hi. You can prevent acidity by avoiding heavy pulses from your diet like rajma, chana, chole and if you are taking tea, coffee or milk in excess amount try to avoid these things. Avoid dishes prepared from besan. Do regular exercise and you can consume buttermilk or lemon water. Don't skip meals. Take an appropriate time for your meals to prevent acidity.
