Hi am looking to lose weight around 10 kgs within 3 months. So can anybody advise which fruit will provide good amount of energy n fibre. Even advise can I eat walnuts n almonds and at time. Every night specially I drink aloe Vera juice.

Just take 4 tsp amla juice n 4 tsp aloe vera juice with 1/2 tsp of ginger juice, in the morning empty stomach. Watermelon is best option in weight loss diet plan.
