I want to reduce my tummy and get fit. Now I'm weighing around 81 kg and my height is 183 cms. Could you please suggest a good diet plan and exercise for reducing the tummy and increase my body strength.

you have to do regular exercise, have do jogging for 40-45 mins, take a juice made of gourd, bitter gourd ,carrot, tomato, and take it in empty stomach, take lemon and honey in warm water, take jeera water soaked jeera overnight in a glass of water take it next day morning, take oatmeal in breakfast with boiled egg, and fruit of your choice, take small amount of rice and one roti with chicken or fish curry and salads in the lunch, in the evening take few nuts, sprouts, soaked chic peas, in dinner take salads, chicken soup, this will help.
