Hi I can feel uncomfortable while laying down on floor or bed and my right leg moving up and down. I can also hear some sound while doing the same. I am experiencing this since a year. I can only sense this problem while laying on the bed n lifting up and down my right leg but I am able to walk freely. I am planning to go for morning walk or jogging after a month. Will the above problem cause leads to any further problems. Please help me in understanding this problem in my right leg.
