I am farmer. I work very hard whole day. I take sufficient calories forom veg. Foods. My questions is which multivitamin supplements should I take for better immune system and increase work efficiency as well as making bone strong and muscles strong. I don't go to Gim.

You do not need any supplement. You should eat more of natural foods, as you are veg. Eat raw foods, lots of fruits and veggies. This will provide all nutrients. You have put another question on how to gain weight. Eat starch based foods like rice & potato, bananas. Drink full cream milk and eat butter & ghee.
