Am working as a software engineer for past 2.5 years. I used to sit in front of the system for a round 12 hours. Once am back to home I feel very lazy. Before joining into IT firm, I was stress free and I can able to control my anger. But now a days am bit aggressive. Sometimes I feel like missing my closed ones. Some negative thoughts are screwing my mind. Please help me to overcome all these. Since am not doing any physical work am getting belly. Please suggest me some exercises to stay fit and calm. Thanks in advance!
