I'm not suffering from any disease I just need a health plan for my body I want to eat healthier I'm eating more fat items suggest me foods to become healthy please help me.

If you take fatty food, you need to start up your day with a glass of lukewarm water and liver detoxification will also help, you can take 2tsp aleovera + 2 tsp amla Juice+ 2tsp wheat grass juice in equal amount of water empty stomach. Include good amount of Fresh green leafy vegetables and fruits in your diet, take high protein diet. Avoid eating junk, refined cereals, processes, package and fried food, sugary drinks along with fruit juices. Indulge yourself in physical activities like yoga, running, brisk walking etc.
