I have a bloated stomach and want to flatten it. My waist is 34" and my belly is 38" Please suggest what I am supposed to do.

Dear Lybrateuser, - To reduce your belly, do regular exercise like brisk walking, jogging, swimming, also yoga & deep breathing for 10-15 min daily morning the belly fat usually cannot be reduced specifically it reduces along with the overall body fat, also do crunches, bend & stretches 1-2 times a day - reduce your carbohydrate intake, add more of protein foods - also avoid alcohol & smoking, fried & junk foods as they increase the empty calorie intake & hence the fat in the body.
