Hello doctor, I'm 27 year old and a diabetes patient, my weight is only 48 kg, I tried workout in gym for gain my weight, but didn't get help. So give me the proper way to increase my weight. Gym trainer said I can't take steroids, because of diabetes.

Looks like you have Type 1 diabetes. Steroids should not be taken otherwise also. Your weight is low because of lack of natural insulin. You are taking insulin medication which helps to some extent but when you are on low sugar diet, there is nothing much in the body which can help gain weight. You can still gain weight with right nutrition, for which you have to provide more details with medical history, medications & your food intake. Type diabetes
