Dear Lybrate user Bring some changes in your schedule. 1. Start your day with some yoga, exercise or morning walk. 2. Practice deep breathing exercises. Visualise image of Om and practice Om chanting regularly. 3. Study during best time of the day. If you feel early morning is the best time then concentrate on difficult chapters during that time or else if you feel night time is best time then trying studying during that time. 4. Eat healthy food and take proper sleep. 5. Don't study for long hours. Take breaks in between. During that break leave your study room go for 2 minutes walk and drink water. 6. Talk to someone with whom you feel comfortable. Discuss your concern and tension with him or her. 7. Focus on diagrams and flow charts given in text books. Learn them and use while writing your answers. 8. After learning every answer try writing them down. Hope these will help. All the best.
