To lose fat. Cardio exercises alongwith balanced diet is important. Do not starve yourself and do not over eat at one time. Include complex fibers, proteins, fats, fruits and vegetables in the diet. Eat Multigrain chapati and have Salad 10 mins before lunch and dinner. This will help in reducing the portion size of the main meals.
