I am a student. I mostly sit the whole day due to my schedule. I don't have a healthy eating habit either due to my hostel issues. How I can reduce my weight with a minimum money being invested?

Eating regularly eating healthy and including exercise in your routine r the cheapest way tp attain good health. Avoid packet food and eat seasonal fruits, peanuts and roasted chana to snack which you can easily keep in your hostel room. Eat your meals on time and dedicate some time to physical fitness by playing a sport or yoga etc.
