Are practicing for a half marathon with a target for sub 2 hours be clubbed with weight reduction regime for me. My last year marathon timings were 2 hr 20 mins approx. I want to leverage this training for weight reduction as well. What should be my key focus for the training. Thanks.

You are doing well. You are running half marathon which is a good achievement. Looking into your BMI, your weight is around 5 kg excess. But BMI is not always a good indicator of body fat. Your could be a healthy weight of muscles and bones also. Will be good if you could get your body fat percentage checked. If it is above 20%, only then you need to reduce weight.
