For calcium. We make our children drink milk. But if nescafe coffee is added in milk. Whether same quantity of calcium benefit is gained?

Calcium is absorbed only when Vitamin D3 is available. Coffee is caffein and has nothing to do with calcium or Vit D. But caffeine should be avoided in children. Let children have sun exposure daily for at least 30 mins for making sufficient Vit D3 in the body.
