Hello, I am having pain radiating from right lower back till right knee including some pain and discomfort in right groin, brook an CT KUB which shows no renal stones but grade 1 antereolisthesis of L5 over S1, doc has prescribed me voveran75 mg for 5 days twice a day. I have taken one dose already even after 5 hrs of taking tablet pain hasn't reduced at all. Can someone tell me how long does it take to heal and is there a way to heal faster.

? Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily ? . Avoid bending in front. ? Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. ? Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.
