Please include 2 glasses of milk, 2 cups of curd, 1 cup of sprouts, 1 cup of pulses like channa, lobia, rajmah, green peas etc everyday. Also eat at least 2 portions of fruits in a day. Increase your intake of each main meal by 20%. Make sure you are eating something healthy every 3 hours so that you are constantly nourished. You can also include 2 tsp of ghee daily. All the best!
