Good nutritious food with protein rich diet will suffice your daily needs. Add green leafy vegetables, jaggery, soyabean, cheese, meats, legumes and pulses in your diet. Add egg /meat if you prefer nonvegettarian diet. Pulses and legumes if vegetarian. Take nutritious food. Avoid excessive tea or other such beverages high in sugar content. Youcan add protein drinks in your diet, if you need but if you take adequate diet. Sun exposure on sunny days is also beneficial for bone health. Calcium in milk and other sources is also important in your age. Try to take good proportionatly balanced meals. Sure you can add protein supplements like amway nutrilite, or protinex. But all the way healthy balanced diet is the key.
