I am 48 years old and my weight is 66 kg and height is 5.3 inches. I am active but have gained weight weight. Please advise medicine to lose weight.

Hi lybrate-user, Please do not opt for any medicines to lose weight. Kindly put in a 45-60 min exercise routine - it can be even walking. Along with this, make changes in eating habits such as drinking 3 liters of water daily, eating an early dinner and cutting down on all junk and fried/salted foods. Include a cup of green tea daily and start snacking on fruits or cucumber. Include a lot of vegetables and protein. Its all about small lifestyle modifications done over a period of time.
