Hi I am 20 years old girl and I do have several pimples and acne on my face from 2-3 years but these days all cleared up and my skin was getting better and healing but certainly something reddish nd yellowish small pimples occurred and 2 days ago there was nothing on my face but all of sudden all these happened so what should I do to get rid permanently?
