I am 23 years old male. While sitting on a chair, I was resting my head on my right hand fist, because I was feeling sleepy. I did fall asleep, and that made my head slide down the fist and mid air. I woke up immediately. But I feel like I punched my right side of the head. But I have an immense fear of head injury. I did not fall off my chair. It was just a brief moment of falling asleep and waking up as soon as I did. But i am just anxietic about me getting hit by my own hand idk. Please help me out in knowing can such injury cause any trauma to the brain? PS: I DO HAVE ANXIETY DISORDER. But I wanna make sure i am totally fine. Please In the past I did fall off the bed but the reports turned out normal with no internal injury neither external. But i am just too worried about getting hit in the head and get either a very bad concussion or internal bleeding.

Trivial injury should not be cause of concern. Although if you get any new symptoms like increasing headache and vomiting do see Neurophysician and let him decide about requirement of imaging.
