I'm a 22 year old boy and i'm obese since birth. From past 2 years i'm continuously trying to loose my weight I did intense routine workout in last winters continuously for 3 months. In 1st month the weight reduced from 90 to 84. But it did not decrease after that in 2 months but it didn't increase as well but after that it started increasing, and nw I again become 90kg with 5.8feet height it has happened 3rd time to me in last 2 years. So pls suggest hw I can reduce my weight for long tym and my weight doesn't reduce after taking strict diet.
