I have type 2 diabetes for last one year. Taking medicine. Want to know proper diet for me. I have also lower belly fat. Please help me out. Thanks.

Type - 2 Diabetes can be easily managed with right food and you can get off-medication. You should stop consuming these things: 1. Milk products - milk and all kinds of milk products 2. Refined products - like white sugar, refined oil, refined wheat flour, Indian sweets and fried snacks 3. Packed foods - anything that is made in a factory like biscuits, bread, salty snacks, supplement powders etc. Just by doing this, you will observe great improvement in your sugar levels. Also you need to add: 1. 3 types of fruits in breakfast 2. 3 types of salad/veggies before lunch & dinner (not with meals but before meals)
