I am 29 weeks pregnant. I cannot take milk or cheese. I take 1cup curd in the morning. I take 2 dry fruit (cashew nut ,almond dates) ladoo daily and non veg weekly once. Is this protein intake sufficient?

Increase your intake of all the above to double the quantity ,then it should be fine, also take sprouts ,soya ,oats ,beans ,in your diet.
