To reduce belly fat you need to start up your day with a glass of lukewarm water. Increase your protein intake as well Include fibre in your diet, take good amount of green leafy vegetables and fruits in your diet. Avoid eating junk food, refined cereals, packages, processes and fried food. Avoid all kind of sugary drinks included fruit juices. Indulge yourself in physical activities like yoga, running, brisk walking etc.
