Hello, Generally, for teenagers, ie, 16 to 19 years its 40 to 45 kgs, 20 to 22 years its 45 to 50 kgs and for 23 to 45 years 51 to 55 kgs can be okay (in consideration with height). Since you haven't mentioned your age height and present weight I am not been able to tell you what can be your ideal weight. Yes, obesity and/or over weight do hamper monthly cycles, infact in today's scenario more and more cases are coming up with the exact same problem you are facing. The only solution is to get rid of the extra fat as soon as possible. It is better to live your life with a proper functioning body than bearing it. To get rid of fat, firstly you need to cut down your fast food intakes, refined food intake and/or having deep fried foods. Next even if you are having food outside home go for such a food preference that consists of least amount of harmful fats (or fats that are difficult to shed off from our body). Some fats from mutton and/or red meat, butter, full cream are difficult to shed off. Also, the oil in deep fried foods possess threat when consumed regularly.
