Hi, divide your meals in to 6 portions which is breakfast, mid morning snack, lunch, evening snack, dinner and bed time snack. Include whole grain cereals, pulses, fruits and vegetables. If you have bloating/flatulence avoid whole milk and legumes and take skimmed milk/ soya milk. Foods like dry dates (5-6), almonds (5-6, raisins (8-10), oats porridge (with out milk), flaxseeds help you to build strength and immunity. If you are tolerating non-vegetarian food include fish (trout/sardine/tuna/salmon in stewed/baked), lean meat, skin out chicken in small quantities. Include fruits like banana, apple (stewed), cooked raw banana in case of constipation. Use Buttermilk and curd as tolerated as it aids you in good digestion. Avoid masala, chilli and strong flavouring foods as they might have negative impact over your digestion.
