Sir my sugar level fasting 213 in six months back and at present (just control food- without any medicine 177). Is it necessary to take any medicine to control my sugar level.

Hi Lybrate user if you not control your sugar immediately it can do damage your vital organ so take medecine immediately now you take neem (vestige com) it's very helpful to control sugar one capsule morning &one at evening so take care.
