Last couple of weeks I've been experiencing slight pain while passing stool. More like burning sensation sometimes. It's often coupled with the feeling of constipation. Haven't spotted blood yet. I'm paranoid about getting hammerhoids or fissures or something like that. Is this a situation to worry? It has been inconsistent. The first time I experienced this I put a check on my diet and stopped eating spicy. After that it's only happens when I eat something very spicy. And started eating more fibres. Also had triphala churna at night. Sometimes warm milk n ghee in anticipation to avoid pain. The pain isn't severe. My paranoia is. Is this a situation to worry? Do I need to see a doctor?
