Hello, As for very first and foremost rule of exercise is your stomach should be at least half filled, not more not less. And with it at least before half n hour of workout one should have a carbohydrate rich food stuff, either drink or else food stuff. For stamina, you can try including sprouts and pulses in you diet. Cutting down on carbs is important. Go for chapatti atleast for 2 months. Maintain your water intake. And as a must thing for weight loss, you should get rid of refined food stuffs, fast foods, refined products, carbonated beverages and/or health drinks like bournvita, horlicks etc. Also along with all these you need to maintain your iron intake, many a times if your iron content is low stamina hampers, also low carbohydrate availability for the brain hampers stamina. For the second one only, it is often recommended to have a carbohydrate rich food stuff or drink (like fruit juice) before and after workout. I hope this will be helpful to you. Thank you. Have a nice day!

See if you are consuming any processed and refined food - biscuits, bread, jam, cake, ketchup, fried snacks, namkeen, home made sweets, Indian sweets etc. Stop totally for a few months. Replace white sugar with jaggery. Eat more raw veggies, at least 2 plates daily, 1 each before lunch and dinner. Finish dinner before 8 pm. Do not take any carb like rice or roti in dinner. This will surely help.
