I have acne marks on my whole back body like buttocks, waist and shoulders. Please suggest me the way to remove them as I have tried aloevera gel and even potatoes and scar removing creams on them but nothing works. Please suggest some ways or medication to remove them.

Hello mam. The scar marks left by the acne in the thick skin like back, are usually hyperpigmented, fibrotic and hard. The aloevera gel will just act to soothen the superficial layer and do not penetrate deeper. There are few body lotions which can help you in lightening the scars and give you an even tone.
