Hello, According to your height and weight your BMI is overweight (29.4) so, for normal BMI reduce your weight approximately 15 to 20 kg. Some tips for weight loss :- 1) Take atleast 3 to 4 meals in a day. 2) Don't skip meals and especially breakfast. 3) Maintain your meal timing and amount. 4) Use smaller plates and healthy foods. 5) Drink unsweetened green tea. 6) Avoid processed foods, packaging foods, bakery items, processed foods. 7) Drink 2 to 3 litres water every day. 8) Eat raw fruits with skin. 9) Chew more slowly. 10) Take proper sleep. 11) Do some exercise for minimum 30 minutes. 12) Cut back on added sugar and salt.
