Practice pranayama or breathing exercises to calm down your thoughts. Meditation is good to control the function of heart. Avoid unnecessary thots, stress,tension and worries. Balanced diet and adequate sleep is needed. Take tab medicalm 0-0-1 for 1 week.

It might be due to gastric trouble. Kindly do breathing exercises which might help you to get reduced with pain in the back and right shoulder. Kindly consult gastroenterologist.
