Hi, its good to note that you are on a healthy diet and exercise regularly. However, you can try a few additional things that may help you out: (a) abdominal massage, daily, either by you yourself or by a trained masseur helps not only tone up the abdominal muscles but also facilitate intestinal peristalsis thereby aiding empty bowels. (b) sitting in vajrasana post meals/ dinner aid digestion and in the process help get over the constipation issue too. (c) avoid frequent use of purgatives/ laxatives. Use them sos only. (d) reduce mental stress/ strain, do relaxation exercises including yoga and meditation daily. Especially, light jogging, tadasana, uttanpadasana, bhujangasana, kapalbhati etc all are helpful in this condition. It is important that you streamline your lifestyle not only at home but also at work. See how you can reduce your occupational stress. Hope the above-mentioned helps. All the very best.
